Just a little note of appreciation for how you handled our cruise with Oceania. The cruise itself was marvellous for all us first timers. We have never known such hospitality and service. We wil recomend Oceania to others.
Further, many thanks for your efforts in dealing with our group. We are old and often jump to conclusions. You met the challenge and passed with flying colours. Your attention to detail was shown with every e-mail and phone call. Your patience was appreciated as well as your fast knowledge of travel. Your personalized cards were a wonderful surprise.

Traveling overseas to a foreign country for the first time can be an overwhelming task. Dean was a tremendous help to me in planning a trip with my daughter to Italy and Greece. He was a great listener and quickly grasped exactly what I wanted to accomplish while keeping things within my budget. He offered suggestions that I would have never known about if I had not spoken to him and he saved us money in ways that didn't benefit him at all. He truly looks out for the client's best interest which is a rare thing to find these days.
My daughter and I had a trip that we will never forget and we owe Dean a big thank you for all of his help and suggestions that were absolutely perfect. I highly recommend him to anyone planning a cruise.

Just wanted to tell you what a wonderful time we had on the cruise- it couldn't have been better. We also appreciate your help in handling the problem of missing our flight- even that turned out good because we didn't have to wait in line or anything. By the time we got to the ship- everyone else was loaded-actually, there ended up being 9 of us who missed a flight and had to board at the last minute. Without your help, we would have had no luggage. I have told everyone that it pays to have a good travel agent- if anyone asks we will give them your name.

I met Deana few years ago while booking a cruise through the Hawaiian Islands. Dean was very knowledge and helpful in getting me the cruise I wanted and when. I have dealt with other cruise companies that try to sell you what they want to give you, as for Dean he works with what you want and tries to get you the best deal going. I have been going back to Dean ever since for any cruise advice or trip advice. We had a wonderful time on our cruise and I would and have recommend using Dean to all my friends and family. Hopefully one day you will experience the same ease and helpfulness in planning a trip.

The flyers were great, the technical help with the backdrops and negotiating with the crew, etc, etc, etc,......not to mention all of the paperwork prior to the cruise, which was done perfectly. I had absolutely NO complaints from anyone. I am so glad you came with us. I would have been lost without you!

Just got back from my Panama cruise – talk about smooth sailing!!
I just wanted to thank you for all of your help from start to finish! Everything from the flight, the transfers from the airport to the ship, the VIP service at the pier, the cabin reservations and the cabin itself was beautiful, to the dinner arrangements – all flawless!! The ship was beautiful and so me! You sure know your stuff and picked exactly the right cruise for me! I have to admit that although I have been on more than twenty cruises, I was a little nervous traveling with my daughter for the first time but all of your hard work arranging a table with people our age to suggesting shore excursions paid off! I had the time of my life and can’t wait to book another with you.
I have recommended your services to several of my friends and co-workers and have no doubt you will be hearing from them soon. You can’t beat the services of a friendly, sincere travel agent who in this case is truly a Cruise Expert!

Hi Dean,
We really had a great time... The beaches were kinda beat up with dirty water from the hurricane, and it was hot and humid....but storm damage was minimal in Puerto Vallarta and Mazatlan. In Cabo, we went kayaking, Mazatlan, shopping and lunch at beach side cafe in P.V. and kids went jet skiing in Cabo. We negotiated with the locals for all the shore stuff and saved a lot vs. the ship shore excursions...(tip for other travelers, as you probably already know).
The best part was the OUTSTANDING FOOD AT DINNER IN THE MAIN DINNING ROOM....UNBELIEVABLE GOURMET FOOD... fresh fish, beef, fillets, pasta, lobster... very pleasantly surprised... and our waitress from Bulgaria was fantastic....breakfast's were good at both main diner and upstairs on Lido deck......
The Pride was nice and big (but not too big) and kids stayed entertained... great shows and comedians... real funny guy name JeRome.....All in All very GOOD ........THANKS FOR ALL YOUR EFFORTS... YOU MADE IT SPECIAL AND WE WILL BOOK WITH YOU ALWAYS...told my dad, mom, sisters and in-laws/family about you too ....

We just wanted to thank you for your part in making our cruise on Celebrity's Century our best cruise ever. Our penthouse was spectacular equipped with two Jacuzzis, a terrific butler, our own bedroom, kitchen, dining room, expansive deck and three flat screen TV's, etc. We were truly treated like royalty, sat at the captains table and met some terrific people and our daughter was even given the opportunity to wear 20,000 dollars worth of diamonds for one special evening. We can't say enough about the ships officers and wait staff who were the best we have encountered while cruising. We enjoyed both ports, Jamaica and Grand Cayman but would never go back to Jamaica. We would love to spend some land time in Grand Cayman. It was a beautiful island. A job well done!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just wanted to thank you so much for all your assistance with the recent cruise I went on with the kids. I know I was a handful with the old I am going, I am not going, I am going..LOL. But you never got upset with my indecision and in the end helped ensure that the kids and I had the best vacation ever. The ship was exquisite as was the service. We never wanted for a thing. On behalf of my girls and I thank you for all your patience, advice and general overall professionalism. I can hardly wait to book my next cruise with you.
